Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ZULU website and services (the “Platform”), operated by ZULU, an American company providing an online car marketplace focused on Albania. By creating an account or using ZULU, you agree to these Terms.

1. What ZULU is

ZULU is a marketplace. We host listings so buyers and sellers can find each other. We are not a dealer, broker, or party to the sale. Price, inspection, payment, and transfer of the vehicle are between the buyer and the seller.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, post misleading ads, or abuse other users.

3. Listings

Sellers must post cars they are allowed to sell, with honest details and photos they have the right to use. We may review, hide, or remove listings that look fake, incomplete, illegal, or against our rules. Publishing a listing does not mean we have inspected the car.

4. Paid features

Some features cost money, such as extra listings, dealer plans, Boost, or Top Picks. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless the law says otherwise, fees for time already used are not refunded.

5. Messages and contact

Use Call, WhatsApp, and in-app messages only for genuine interest in a listing. Do not spam, harass, or share others’ contact details without permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break or scrape the Platform, post malware, impersonate others, or use ZULU for anything unlawful. We may remove content and limit access to protect users and the service.

7. Intellectual property

ZULU’s name, design, and software belong to us. Listing photos and descriptions belong to the person who posted them. You grant us a licence to show that content on the Platform so the marketplace can function.

8. Liability

The Platform is provided as is. We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, that a seller or buyer is trustworthy, or that a sale will complete. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ZULU is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from deals made between users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
